I've also been told by other AIH patients that keeping a symptoms journal is exceptionally helpful for doctors, so there's just one more reason to write.

Cheers,
BethanyBethanyhttp://www.liverworst.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7169897411582842424.post-78403780902699680712011-08-06T15:25:03.117-04:002011-08-06T15:25:03.117-04:00Lynda - Ya, sometimes I go back and read mine too,...Lynda - Ya, sometimes I go back and read mine too, but I find I usually just do it if I'm trying to recall an event or an important moment in my life.Ashley Ashbeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05268928207063175136noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7169897411582842424.post-10157630225870662622011-08-04T21:22:04.987-04:002011-08-04T21:22:04.987-04:00Yeah, I used to write diaries. When I go back and read some of them, I wonder now why some things upset me so much and other things didn't ... Life changes as we age... Ah yes, the blog as a diary -- something I chose not to touch on in this post.

I have used my blog as a diary too, but I find I write differently when I write for an audience. I mean, the prose of those very personal entries is very typical of one of my diary entries, but I avoid certain diary topics in my blog because I don't want to bore people, Ashley Ashbeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05268928207063175136noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7169897411582842424.post-51186245582186672522011-08-03T11:58:13.249-04:002011-08-03T11:58:13.249-04:00I have my old journals around here. Such personal and longitudinal writings provide a level of information of social and psychological importance.
