Gender-Neutral Washrooms: Will They Reduce Stigma?

Some students are trying to get gender-neutral washrooms on their university campuses to de-stigmatize transgendered people who face bullying and have to "out" themselves by choosing the "Women" or "Men" washroom.

I disagree that unisex washrooms will de-stigmatize because they won't address the ignorance and hate that is at the root of the mistreatment.
